InSeason’s Body Blast 

Forget food shopping, meal planning and calorie counting. This summer, InSeason promises easy, fuss-free weight loss as beach season approaches. Select from four different meal plans that range from 1000 up to 2200 calories, each consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Meals can be picked up from the store or delivered to your doorstep.

Use an online calculator such as www.freedieting.com to figure out how many calories you consume daily to maintain your current weight. Then choose a meal plan that has 300-500 calories less than that amount. So, for example if you currently weigh 75kg and require 2300 calories to stay at that weight, then you should choose a meal plan that offers between 1800 – 2000 calories per day.
